Cancellation Rules of Rona Hotel Mashhad

Balanced Condition:

Up to 72 hours prior to the day of the guest stay, cancellation of the reservation is completely free of charge. Less than 72 hours before the day of the start of the guest's stay, the amount of the first night of the booking will be received as damage. On the day of the start of the guest stay, the amount of the first 2 nights of the booking will be received as damage. During the stay in addition to the amount of the nights stayed, the amount of the next night will be received as damage. Courier (official holidays other than Nowruz holiday) before 7 days of the start of the stay will not receive any amount of damages from the guest and less than 7 days to start the stay the total amount of Reservations will be received as damages.
